A red airmail stamp depicting a winged Victory holding a sword aloft, above a group of armoured tanks, in commemoration of the first anniversary of the end of the second world war. It was issued on 8 May 1946 and has a face value of 8 francs. The stamp is cancelled with a postmark that is indistinct.
