Postage Stamp
A commemorative stamp depicting Rainandriamampandry, the Malagasy Interior Minister at the time of the French colonisation, marking 80 years since his execution by the colonists. It was issued on 15 October 1976 and has a face value of 25 francs (5 ariary). The stamp is cancelled with a postmark that is from Tananarive (Antananarivo), dated 3 January 1977.
