The 1885, 1886, 1887, and 1888 issues of the Antananarivo Annual (nos. IX, X, XI, and XII) bound into a single volume. The four issues are paginated so that numbering runs in a continuous sequence through the volume. The final part includes a general index of all four parts, but curiously the titlepage and table of contents is included for the first part (issue IX) only. The four issues were first published at Christmas in their respective years.
