Monthly from Madagascar: Madagascar Fauna Group

The monthly newsletter of the Madagascar Fauna Group's in-country projects. The main focus of the update is recent news from Ivoloina Parc Zoologique and Betampona Reserve.

This issue includes details of a sighting of an Eastern Woolly Lemur (Avahi laniger) being preyed upon by a Henst's Goshawk (Accipiter henstii). There are also reports of new lemur births at Betampona: a Black-and-White Ruffed Lemur (Varecia variegata variegata), some White-Fronted Brown Lemurs (Eulemur fulvus albifrons) and a Diademed Sifaka (Propithecus diadema diadema).
